Located in the same area as House PA, this plot is interesting due to its relation with the Fear Woods. A Pine forest ordered by D. João V, King of Portugal, to avoid the invasion of the agriculture fields by the sand dunes. Since this house is for one single person, who wants to be left alone and quiet but not as a recluse, it is designed in the middle of the plot and it is closed to the street. Just the staircase volume announces the presence of the house. It's a house built by shades, a pure cube to which smaller basic forms are added to. Singular gestures, including the Hejduk’s triangle entrance porch or the double height area in the living room, are the small luxuries that give the character of this cost-effective house. Perhaps, because of the Woods Name, the client disappeared.
